It is important to control, the Carbon Dioxide (CO2), levels, the Relative Humidity (RH) and Temperature in your environment.

The absence of the normal CO2 level can have an adverse effect on ones health.  RH below a certain level can cause discomfort through drying of the mucous membranes and skin. While RH above a certain level can lead to the development of Mold and fungi which can be detrimental to a person's health. Temperature level research suggest, that the optimal room temperature between 69.8 to 74.4 degrees Fahrenheit provides the best air temperature.
